Graduate from University of Nairobi (BA with Education) Hons in 1974.  Worked with Teachers Service Commission from 1974 - 1992 as a graduate teacher in Kenya High and as a Senior Education Officer. In 1992 together with other like-minded women founded the League of Kenya Women Voters (LKWV).
Trained and experienced in Administration and Management of public affairs having been trained by the Kenya Institute of Administration.  Has attended several Management Courses in and outside the Country, participated in Beijing Platform of Action and CSW meetings in New York among others.
A member of several organizations namely; Maendeleo Ya Wanawake, Kenya Women Finance Trust, National Council of Women of Kenya, Co-ordinator Langata Constituency Women.
 Was a Council Member for Maseno University, Board member of Kenyan Paraplegic Organisation (KPO), BOG Member for Nyamira Girls Secondary School, Gobei Secondary School, Ndede Island Primary School and Bar Opuk Primary School.



Hudson Chitala holds Bachelor of Technology (Engineering) degree from Moi University. He has held various technical and managerial positions previously. He was Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), Assistant Plant Engineer, Plant Engineer with Panafrican Paper Mills in Webuye, Maintenance Engineer with Eveready East Africa, Mechanical Engineer with East African Cables and previously Technical Manager with East Africa Spectre.
Mr. Chitala has undergone various trainings in Engineering and Management fields (Project Management, World Class Maintenance, MP2 Professional Computerized Maintenance Management System, Lubricants and Lubrication systems, SKF Bearings Technology, Gemba-Kaizen Workplace Improvement etc) .
He has undertaken and accomplished several projects including installation of Thermo-Compressor steam energy recovery systems, design and installation of Compressed Air Systems. Currently working with Kenya Bureau of Standards Technical Committee on review of various standards governing LPG Cylinders and accessories.
Mr Chitala is also the Chairman of Board of Trustees of East Africa Spectre Retirement Benefits Scheme.




Timothy Aroka holds Bachelor of Technology (Engineering) degree from Moi University. He has held technical and managerial positions previously. Building Maintenance Engineer with Charcon Construction Company, Production Engineer with Standard Rolling Mills Mombasa and Line Manager Manager/Engineer with Kaluworks Ltd in Mombasa.



Elijah Achola is CPA (K) holder from Strathmore University with over 13 years working experience in various accounting fields. He has worked as a Tax and Audit consultant for Nyada and Co. CPA , Finance Manager for  Solar Cookers International , Internal Audit Assistant for Giloil Company Ltd and as an Accountant for Career Guidance and Counseling Preparatory Centres.





Judith Owino holds Diploma in Public Relations from Nairobi Institute of Business Development and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Catholic University of East Africa. She has worked with East Africa Spectre for the last 24 years. She previously she was Secretary to the Managing Director and later Personal Assistant.
Judith has undergone extensive management and business trainings including Secretarial Management Development at Kenya Institute of Business Studies, Senior management course at Kenya School of Government, Customer Care in Public Service, Retirement Scheme Trustees Training at College of Insurance. She is a member of East Africa Spectre Retirement Scheme Trustees Board.
